Join Temasek as a Talent Acquisition Intern to support global recruitment initiatives and enhance candidate experience.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support the Campus Recruitment Lead in executing global recruitment initiatives.
• Assist in global campus operations, including interview coordination and event planning.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and screen CVs.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

• Be pursuing a degree with an interest in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.
• Be meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Be a creative team player and self-starter.
• Possess strong communication and writing skills.
• Have proficient IT skills, with knowledge of SuccessFactors and MS Office being advantageous.
