Join Temasek as an intern to research and develop workforce strategies for sustainable growth.
Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Research emerging trends and policy issues impacting the workforce.
- Conceptualize, validate, and stress-test proposals.
- Develop implementation roadmaps.
- Support strategy development and operationalize workstreams.
- Assist in content development and stakeholder management for Temasek Tripartite Conversations.
- Plan, organize, and manage engagement and networking platforms.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in HR, Humanities/Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Management, Economics, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
- Relevant internship experience in government/trade relations or public policy is a plus.
Training & development
