Your role

  • Conceptualization and development of original short and medium-format video content for web and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram, anchored to institutional narrative themes and identified external and internal audiences. 
  • All facets of video production including shooting, scripting, transcribing, editing, voiceover work, and presenting as and when required. 
  • Creation and development of illustrations through infographics and animations to support corporate and institutional narratives told through a digital storytelling lens. 
  • Project management - ensures timely progress and completion of visual media projects.
  • Content analytics - track the performance of visual asset deliverables to ensure both social engagement and business objectives are met.

Compensation and benefits

Temasek's base salaries are benchmarked against relevant global, regional, and local markets, primarily in the financial sectors. Medium and long-term incentives which form a major proportion of annual total compensation are driven by the firm's portfolio returns. The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from SGD 14,000 to SGD 18,000. Apart from financial targets, Temasek's “Make-A-Difference” (MAD) Programme rewards employees for achieving non-financial goals and taking care of their families and themselves.
