About The Team

As we work toward our goals, we are looking for enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Here's an opportunity for you to work on a high-growth startup and learn about every aspect of its business. Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields.
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months or more for 3 days per week, full-time commitment is preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
