Our Graduate Program has multiple positions available in Melbourne (Port Melbourne & Altona North) on a 2-year contract, commencing in April 2024, for those who have studied the following disciplines:

• Business/Commerce (including but not limited to Human Resources, International Business, Law, Sales, Supply Chain)
• Environmental Science / Sustainability

Our Graduate Program offers tailored development activities, including several Toyota-wide experiences, projects, and mentoring opportunities. These include:

• Participating in World leading Toyota Global Content Training to mould you into a kaizen guru by learning our methodology on systems and processes.
• Become emersed in supply chain by experiencing our Toyota Parts Centre (TPC).
• Learning from our customers in our Guest Experience Centre.
• Growing your project management and problem solving skills by taking on projects individually or together with your teammates.
• Connecting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build on your communication & presenting skills.

• Do you possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities?
• Are you able to work collaboratively with diverse teams, respecting different perspectives and contributing positively to group dynamics?
• Do you take the initiative to go beyond assigned tasks, being proactive, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow?
• Are you adaptable to work effectively in new situations and environments?
• Do you love to problem-solve and have sound analytical capabilities?
• Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
• Have you completed your degree in the last 12 months?
