Quality Coordinator (Start ASAP)

Join Toyota as a Quality Coordinator, focusing on quality analysis of digital products within the Digital Connected Systems division.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct quality analysis of digital products.
• Ensure prompt attention to customer feedback and quality control.
• Support digital product analytics, including sales and payments reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Coordinators to ensure transaction compliance.
• Attend quality meetings and support training activities.
• Participate in launch planning meetings for Lexus and Toyota.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Graduate-level experience in IT technology and mobile app functionality.
• Strong customer management and analytics skills.
• Understanding of business environments and commercial drivers.
• Degree qualifications in IT or Business Management are preferred.
