We are looking for Graduates who are enthusiastic about becoming future Toyota leaders; it's your passion, ideas and willingness to grow that helps us shape the future. We want to discover and nurture your passions and support you to develop new skills and experiences. 

To be successful, you will be someone who values openness, respect and inclusivity; someone who ultimately strives for continuous improvement. You will participate in Toyota’s globally recognized training program providing you with the skills and ability to learn how to problem solve and provide you with opportunities to present to senior management around the business. We believe in a career that's fluid and adaptable; our program aims to develop you to be a multi-skilled and flexible professional, with the ability to also work in new areas around our business.

Professional Development Global Content training :

• Toyota Way Foundation Program
• Introduction to TPS (Toyota Production System)
• PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) – Learning continuous improvement
• Building consensus at Toyota (Learning communication through visualisation)
• Product and technical training
• Toyota Parts Centre (TPC) work experience
• Guest Experience Centre
• Dealership work experience
• Driver safety training on-site at Altona on our driving track
• Monthly graduate catchups

We are looking for Graduates with qualifications in the following areas: 

• Engineering
• IT
• Commerce/Business/Economics
• Marketing
• Finance & Accounting

To be considered, you must have completed your degree in the last 12 months and have the right to legally work in Australia on a full-time basis.
