Who Are We Looking For?

Business and IT Disciplines:

  • Human Resources: Drive talent management strategies and enhance employee experiences. Gain exposure across Recruitment, Employment Relations, Remuneration and Organisational Development while developing leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degree: Hold or be in your final year of your degree in your relevant discipline:
    • Human Resources Management or Industrial/Employment Relations
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen/ Permanent Resident or eligible permanent visa holder
  • Graduate or Expected Graduate by end of 2026
  • Available for Assessment Centre in-person in Ultimo May 2026
  • Demonstrate key qualities: Strong team player, clear communicator, lateral thinker, and passionate about environmental and social responsibility

The Recruitment Process:

  1. Eligibility: Check your eligibility and ensure you meet the required degree qualification.
  2. Submit application: Create a profile on our careers portal and submit your application.
  3. Screening: Our recruitment team will assess your application and inform you if you are unsuccessful.
  4. Online Testing: If you pass screening, you will receive an email with instructions for our 12-minutes online test covering numeracy, literacy and abstract reasoning.
  5. Online Video Interview: Candidates who meet the cognitive testing benchmark will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
  6. Shortlisting: The recruitment team will evaluate your video interview and notify you if you are unsuccessful.
  7. Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre, schedule in Ultimo, May 2026
  8. Pre-Employment Checks: Candidates selected at the Assessment Centre will be invited to undergo pre-employment checks.
  9. Offer of Employment: Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment followed by a formal written off sent by email.
