Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches.
• Participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises.
• Conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials.
• Get involved in the execution of live deals.
• Work within the Global Banking team in Melbourne, providing coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Will graduate at the end of 2025 or has less than two years of work experience.
