Your role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches
• Participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• Conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• Get involved in the execution of live deals
• Work within the Global Banking team in Melbourne, providing coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.

About you

Qualifications

• Will graduate at the end of 2025 or has less than two years of work experience.
• Aligns with values of being hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a high-demand, tight-deadline environment.
• Is curious and interested in the financial industry.
• Welcomes all majors but must have an interest in finance.
