  • Learn the ropes of Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance “GCRG.”
  • Enjoy a personalized learning program including getting to know at least one other team within GCRG
  • Support and liaise with senior members of the team, making regional/global projects happen

  • Assist and advise business areas on laws, regulations, and rules that govern day-to-day activities

Your team

Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance “GCRG” strives to be an industry-leading function in the effective oversight of compliance and operational risk control, protect the firm from undue non-financial risks, reputational, conduct, and culture risks enabling the firm to effectively cope with the evolving regulatory environment and driving solutions in line with the firm’s strategic objectives.
GCRG has a number of key responsibilities including Operational Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Government & Regulatory Affairs and Group Investigations. This is a unique setup in comparison with our peers and ultimately means that these teams work together for the greater good. GCRG leadership team is based in multiple jurisdictions and key hub locations, offering very promising career trajectories for teams around the globe. Your expertise

  • You’re graduating by July 2025 with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA. We are open to applicants from various subjects/degrees most importantly, we’d like to see evidence that you:
  • Understand, dissect, and analyze data to drive decisions and make recommendations using a structured work style coupled with distinct planning and execution abilities
  • Have experience in showing leadership - this can be a project/team sport/charity work etc.
  • Sound judgment, curiosity, and adaptability to a changing fast-paced environment
  • A motivated, honest, and reliable team player who takes a positive approach toward consistent demonstration of integrity, active collaboration, and constructive challenges
  • Reliable and resilient (challenging situations don’t sway you!)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Fluent in English

Perhaps you’ve set up a fundraising event, participated in team sports, or theatre, or persevered to pass an exam in a subject you found challenging. Think about how things you’ve achieved tie in with the skills we’re after.

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about consulting. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
