Your role

UBS seeks ambitious students to join the 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within its Global Banking Business, which is responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluate companies and develop models for the Private Funds Group (“PFG”).
  • Primary fundraising, liquidity or strategic solutions, and real estate advice or fundraising solutions
  • Support the origination and execution of UBS mandates and provide distribution and general marketing support across products, services, and functions.
  • Prepare industry analyses for pitches.
  • Get involved in the execution of live deals.

About you

UBS is looking for a candidate who:

  • is graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 (post-deferral of your studies for joining the Global Banking PFG Off Cycle Internship program).
  • knows one of the following languages: Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, and Bahasa Indonesian is advantageous for this role.
  • has values that align with UBS values - integrity, hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and collaboration.
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Training and development

This paid internship will last three to six months, during which you’ll work with experts and learn about the industry, the clients, and the firm. You’ll be right at the heart of UBS business, learning from your colleagues, and taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way.
