Global Banking Private Funds Group Graduate Talent Program (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Banking PFG team, which is responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

You’ll get to:

• Evaluate companies and develop models for the Private Funds Group (“PFG”): Primary Fundraising, Liquidity / Strategic Solutions, and Real Estate Advice / Fundraising Solutions
• Support the origination and execution of UBS mandates and provide distribution and general marketing support across products, services, and functions
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches
• Get involved in the execution of live deals

The Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career To start, the program introduces you to the firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches you core skills and knowledge to help build your foundation by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

About you

UBS is looking for a candidate who:

• Will graduate by June 2025, with less than two years of work experience

When the program ends, trainees attend a Career Empowerment workshop to prepare for their next role at UBS, and they wrap it all up with a fun celebration event with their classmates and mentors, marking the start of their exciting careers.
