Your role

UBS is looking for ambitious students to join the 2025 Summer Internship Program within the Global Markets business.

  • Gain exposure to how UBS helps its clients buy and sell financial instruments.
  • Extract market-moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across the Global Markets business.
  • Provide clients with information about recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices.
  • Promote products and trading opportunities to clients based on an in-depth understanding of their needs and investment styles.

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

  • Will graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Has less than two years of work experience.
  • Has values that align with the hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
  • A strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Training & development

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with the UBS experts and learn about the industry, the clients and the firm. You’ll be right at the heart of the business, learning from your colleagues, and taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of the teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way.

The team is responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting world-class technology solutions. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for the Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
