Group Ops and Tech Office Internship Program (Jun 2025)

Your role

UBS is looking for ambitious students to join the 2025 Summer Internship Program within the Group Operations and Technology Office.

• Design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services UBS provides to clients and employees provide transparency across data quality, data flows and current issues to ensure applications are of the highest standards.

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

• Will graduate by June 2026, or who has less than two years of work experience.

Training & development

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with the experts and learn about the industry, clients and firm. You’ll be right at the heart of the business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of the teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. 

Career progression

You’ll be working in the Group Operations and Technology Office located in Singapore. They are responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting world-class technology solutions. Based on your interests and experience, you could be placed as a Software Engineering Intern, Cyber Security Intern, Data Science and Analytics Intern or, Site Reliability Engineering Intern. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for the Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
