Asset Management Internship Program (Jun 2025)

Your role

UBS is looking for ambitious students to join the 2025 Summer Internship Program within the Asset Management business.

• Build an understanding of UBS industry, culture, and strategy.
• Support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions.
• Learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes.

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

• Will be graduating in Dec 2025 to Jun 2026.
• Has values that align with the integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• A strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Training & development

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with the experts and learn about the industry, the clients and the firm. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts. In your first week, you'll experience a thorough training course which focuses on professional development and the technical skills you'll need for the job. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of the teams.

Career progression

Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from industry experts and mentors from the Global Operations and Technology (GOTO) business. The team is responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting world-class technology solutions. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for the Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
