Your Role  

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

  • Support the development of a weekly social media calendar and draft posts for UN China's platforms.  
  • Contribute to social media campaigns for key events or international days.  
  • Assist in updating the UN China website and creating multimedia content.  
  • Develop, translate, and edit communication materials in English and Chinese. 
  • Facilitate on-site communications activities, including podcast recording and press conferences.  
  • Coordinate inter-agency and high-level meetings or events.  
  • Perform daily administrative and logistical tasks related to communications.  
  • Complete other ad hoc tasks as requested by the office or supervisor.

About You

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:  

  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).  
  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent).  
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
