Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Support UN coordination mechanisms and UNCT activities under the guidance of the Economist.
  • Conduct independent research and contribute to reports and analyses.
  • Assist in finalizing the Common Country Analysis and new UN Cooperation Framework.
  • Contribute to policy work by preparing briefing materials and documentation.
  • Develop and update databases and manage information.
  • Draft talking points and inputs for speeches.
  • Facilitate on-site, inter-agency, and high-level meetings or events.
  • Complete other ad hoc tasks as requested.

About You

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Enrolled in or have completed a graduate school program (second university degree or higher).
  • Enrolled in or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor's degree).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
