Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Lead inter-agency coordination for the UN Country Team in China.
- Support strategic analysis, planning, and positioning of the country team.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework.
- Provide support for joint UN programming and operations management.
- Contribute to policy guidance and joint advocacy efforts.
- Manage communications, including the UN in China website and joint materials.
- Support HR actions in the UMOJA system and manage HR files.
- Organize training programs and draft speeches and presentations.
- Provide logistical and operational support for events and conferences.
About You
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
