Protocol Intern (规程实习生) (May 2025)

Support UN protocol activities in China, engaging with government counterparts and UN teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the UN Partnership Officer in engaging with government counterparts on protocol issues.
• Preparing draft documents, such as Note Verbales, and liaising with government departments.
• Collaborating with the UN Country Team on protocol-related matters.
• Assisting with logistics and substantive support for incoming high-level UN delegations.

About You

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

• Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
• Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
