Join the UN's Investigations Division to support administrative tasks and workforce planning.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Analyze and update workforce statistics for the Investigations Division.
  • Conduct research and assist with workforce planning and analysis.
  • Support recruitment activities, including outreach and interview scheduling.
  • Update staffing tables, address lists, and telephone directories.
  • Maintain electronic personnel records, including performance documents and training certificates.
  • Assist with staffing level reviews and preparation of post classification documents.
  • Help archive investigation cases and HR documents.
  • Manage inventory, including equipment identification and verification.
  • Provide administrative support for remote office operations.

About You:

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be enrolled in or have completed a graduate or final year of a first university degree program.
  • Have a field of study related to Administration or Programme Management.
  • Possess good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Have desirable experience in administrative support, HR administration, and statistics.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of another UN language is an advantage.
