Join the UN as an HR communications intern, assisting with content creation and strategy implementation.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Liaise with various offices for communication requests and assist in reviewing and publishing OHR materials.
  • Proofread and edit content for print, web, multimedia, events, and publications.
  • Update web content and suggest improvements for web graphics and design.
  • Evaluate and improve records management and reference tools.
  • Draft notes, speeches, reports, and background documents.
  • Provide statistics and run reports as needed.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including graphs, charts, and slides.
  • Assist in reviewing staff placements and HR strategy implementation.

About You:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in or completed a graduate or final year of a first university degree program.
  • Educational background in human resources, public administration, or related fields is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is desirable. Knowledge of another UN language is an advantage.
