Your Role:

  • The intern will work within the Outreach Division of the Department of Global Communications, specifically with the NGO Relations, Advocacy, and Special Events Section.
  • Responsibilities include supporting projects with entertainment and sports industry partners, monitoring social media activities, organizing special events, and drafting content for websites and communications materials.
  • The intern will assist in processing applications for the Football for the Goals membership and work under the supervision of a staff member.

About You:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate or final year of a first university degree program.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of another UN language being advantageous.
  • Applicants should have good knowledge of standard software applications like MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, and the ability to draft emails and social media posts is desirable.

  • This is an unpaid internship. Interns are responsible for their own travel, visa, accommodation, and living expenses.
