Join the UN's Sustainable Development and Climate Section to support global communications and promote the SDGs.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Track, research, and analyze information on assigned topics.
  • Draft and compile information products for various media.
  • Conduct photo and graphic research; design multimedia assets.
  • Assist with DGC’s communications campaigns and press conferences.
  • Maintain and update media and subscription mailing lists.
  • Monitor media coverage.

About You:

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be enrolled in or have completed a graduate or final year of a first university degree program.
  • Have a field of study related to the internship.
  • Possess good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Trello, Canva, and MS Teams; Photoshop skills are desirable.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of another UN language is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an unpaid internship. Interns are responsible for their own travel, visas, accommodation, and living expenses.

Opportunities for extension up to six months, enhancing skills for future roles in international organizations.
