From the time that KPMG began operations in Singapore as Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co in 1941, at the heart of our mission was to build trust in society and create social impact. We stood in solidarity with the nation during World War II just two months after we opened our doors for business. Later, we proudly walked alongside Singapore, as she declared independence in 1965. Bearing witness to the tenacity of a little red dot, we too have been inspired to chart our way forward with purpose and impact for our clients and the community. Thank you for supporting us through the years. It's been an amazing 80 years and we are excited for what lies ahead.
