Agilitus offers a range of permanent opportunities for graduates holding degrees in Science, Environmental, Renewables, and Engineering, with specializations in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Process, and Geotechnical disciplines.
Making decisions could be quite challenging and stressful for graduates, particularly when considering the potential impact on their future. They often find themselves faced with questions like, "What are your plans for the next 5 years?" or "Which field or industry do you see yourself working in?"
At Agilitus, the organization doesn't pressure its graduates to have all the answers right away. Instead, they provide the necessary tools and resources to empower them and expose them to various work projects. This exposure allows graduates to explore different career pathways until they feel ready to decide their future direction.
Engineers who have been pressured to choose a specific path but wish to explore other opportunities will find Agilitus' Graduate Program appealing. Whether they envision becoming technical and design engineers or project engineers, the flexible Graduate Program has been crafted to assist them in making informed decisions about their career paths.
After 18 months in the program, graduates gain clarity about their engineering preferences and are prepared to take the next step in their professional journey. Agilitus' supportive team is there to empower them to embrace new challenges and excel in their roles.
