Initial Application

Video Interview
If you look like a good fit for the program, we will invite you to complete a pre-recorded video interview online. We will want to learn more about you and give you a chance to learn more about us and the program to ensure alignment.
Assessment
If you're successful after a video interview, we will invite you to complete an online assessment. This assessment specifically measures competencies, traits and drivers along with your logical, numerical and verbal skills.
Interview With Our Team
Interviews will be held at one of our offices or online using Microsoft Teams. This is your first opportunity to connect with the hiring leader, who will be interested to learn more about you and your relevant career experience, and your motivation for the role and also ask you some behavioural-based interview questions. If your application progresses to this stage, a Talent Acquisition Specialist will always call you to ensure you are well prepared!
