Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and extracting data from the CRM database.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify market trends.
• Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate.
• Presenting analysis to the Office Leasing team.
• Introducing innovative communication methods for data analysis.
• Providing content for submissions and client presentations.
• Identifying and maintaining system processes and creating targeted mailing lists.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related discipline.
• A proactive approach with self-management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
