Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate and administer HR employment processes for onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee changes.
- Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and promoting system engagement within the team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for national HR inquiries via the People Australia inbox.
- Coordinate national HR projects, including wellbeing initiatives and career management.
- Act as a policy and process champion, providing advice in partnership with HRBPs.
- Develop and maintain reporting and communication for key people's data and insights.
- Oversee induction coordination and drive program development.
- Manage the Colliers People Hub.
- Support the national HRBP and People & Performance team on daily matters and projects.
