Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Coordinate and administer HR employment processes for onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee changes.
  • Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and promoting system engagement within the team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for national HR inquiries via the People Australia inbox.
  • Coordinate national HR projects, including wellbeing initiatives and career management.
  • Act as a policy and process champion, providing advice in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and communication for key people's data and insights.
  • Oversee induction coordination and drive program development.
  • Manage the Colliers People Hub.
  • Support the national HRBP and People & Performance team on daily matters and projects.
