Assurance, Financial Accounting Advisory Services Core Intern (Jan 2025)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide finance transformation consultancy and advisory services.
• Enhance and test accounting processes and controls, including SOX controls.
• Assist with internal controls remediation and finance business process reviews.
• Support development and testing of finance applications for clients.
• Conduct data analysis to improve finance processes and systems.
• Aid in accounting support for new standards, restructuring, and GAAP conversions.
• Assist with transaction accounting, IPO readiness, and post-acquisition activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be pursuing a degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Have a strong interest in data analytics and financial reporting.
• Be enthusiastic about using technology for process improvements.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Be willing to learn financial systems and project management skills.
