Your role

New markets open up and technology advances at a dramatic pace, the world of supply chain and operations is becoming increasingly complex. As a supply chain intern, you will help clients transform their supply chains into a competitive advantage with your strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • You will get an opportunity to work with diverse clients across a wide range of industries and will have a large number of client-facing responsibilities, thereby sharpening your consulting and problem-solving skills.
  • You will be mentored by a high-performing, and supportive team to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Help leading organizations on engagements like Digital Supply Chain transformation, Adoption of Planning & Procurement technologies, Business process improvement (Planning, procurement, manufacturing, fulfillment processes), Network Optimization strategies, and Strategic Sourcing.
  • You’ll interact with and be inspired by a multicultural team comprising individuals with deep expertise in the field of Supply Chain, a flair for problem-solving, and a passion for exceptional client service. Your key responsibilities:

  • Working together with local/regional teams to supervise, implement, and deliver solutions for our clients
  • Working in a fast-growing and challenging environment with like-minded people across the region
  • Delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects
  • Assistance to the Project Manager in delivering proposals and projects
  • Building relationships with external clients and internal peers
  • Working in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
  • Prioritizing objectives and contributing to project planning and status reporting
  • Anticipating and identifying risks and raising issues with senior members of the team
  • Working in multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of high-quality services, consistently and with proven global methodologies and tools
  • Support the development, growth, and maintenance of large global accounts and strategic clients across the Asia Pacific

About you

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Finance, or Quantitative disciplines is preferred, and currently in your final year of undergraduate study.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and business writing, and interest in further designing, developing, and integrating business operations and technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to research client inquiries and emerging issues
