Your role

The Intern will be part of the early career campus hiring team. Individuals will be given opportunities to participate in the recruitment lifecycle and be exposed to HR projects. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating campus recruitment-related activities such as interviews and logistic support.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Participate in campus fairs.
• Support current and new projects to optimize the efficiency of data gathering and analysis.
• Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you

• Students pursuing Business Administration, Human Resources, or Data Analytics.
• High proficiency in Office365.
• Able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good logical and analytical thinking skills.
