Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating campus recruitment activities, including interview and logistic support.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Participate in campus fairs.
- Support current and new projects to optimize efficiency through data gathering and analysis.
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a Business Administration, Human Resources, or Data Analytics program.
- The ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- High proficiency in Office365.
