Your role

  • Design and activate internal employee awareness and engagement initiatives that align with initiatives and purpose-driven activations.
  • Judiciously work within the corporate responsibility budget, ensuring proper tracking and spending.
  • Measure and report KPIs regularly.
  • Co-develop programs, events, or activities with third-party collaborators (Non-profit organizations, Social enterprises, etc.).
  • Act as a main point of contact between EY and third-party collaborators.
  • Recruit EY volunteers who are suitable for the event/activity.
  • Provide briefing to employees prior to volunteering to ensure they understand their responsibilities and the do’s and don’ts.
  • Coordinate logistics with staff on the day of volunteering to ensure that the event/activity goes smoothly.
  • Be present at all activities and events to co-facilitate with relevant parties.
  • Conduct check-ins with staff and volunteers during and after the event or activity to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Collect feedback from EY people on their experience with third-party collaborators.
  • Provide feedback to third-party collaborators on the EY people’s experience.
  • Discuss with third-party collaborators on potential areas of improvement for the next collaboration.
