Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Design and activate internal employee engagement initiatives aligned with purpose-driven activations.
- Manage the corporate responsibility budget, ensuring proper tracking and spending.
- Measure and report KPIs regularly.
- Co-develop programs with third-party collaborators like non-profits and social enterprises.
- Act as the main contact between EY and collaborators.
- Recruit and brief EY volunteers for events.
- Coordinate logistics and facilitate events to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct check-ins and collect feedback from staff and collaborators.
- Provide feedback and discuss improvements with collaborators.
