Your role

As an intern in EY Employer Branding, you’ll work closely with the campus and experienced recruitment teams to create and execute a broad range of exciting employer branding campaigns and initiatives across the region. You’ll gain first-hand experience in executing innovative campaigns and ideas over a variety of platforms in digital, social media, and print. The projects you work on will give you regional and global exposure, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders and peers across the organization. In your role as an intern, you’ll:

  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of employer branding programs and initiatives across various platforms and functions for Singapore
  • Assist in social media strategy, projects, and initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Execute a series of employer branding videos for recruitment marketing and social media
  • Be involved in conducting research on brand and social media

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Able to intern full-time for 6 months from January to June 2025
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with people from all levels
  • Skills in basic videography and video editing are a plus
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about social media platforms and trends, particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Self-starter with drive, creativity, and passion, and a strong desire to learn
  • Able to work collaboratively as well as independently effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
