Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborate with campus and experienced recruitment teams on employer branding campaigns.
• Execute campaigns across digital, social media, and print platforms.
• Assist in social media strategy and initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Produce employer branding videos for recruitment marketing.
• Conduct research on brand and social media trends.

About You

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic videography and video editing skills are advantageous.
• Passionate about social media platforms and trends.
• Self-motivated with creativity and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
