Your role

The Learning & Development intern will perform the following job scope:

• Learner management, including assisting in registration, scheduling, communication, and handling queries.
• Vendor management, including sourcing, and coordinating.
• Learning logistics management, including set-up training room/facilities, monitoring and reporting on absentees, providing support to instructors on logistic matters, and arranging printing of training materials.
• Virtual session production, including setting up a virtual training room, monitoring and reporting on absentees, and providing support to instructors on logistic matters.
• Post-course administration, including compiling and analyzing evaluation results, learning compliance checks, and arranging for make-up sessions.
• Conference/event support, including providing on-site support during external training events.
• Any other duties assigned.
