Responsibilities:

  • Learner management, including assist in registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries.
  • Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating.
  • Learning logistics management, including:
    • set-up training room/facilities
    • monitor and report on absentees
    • provide support to instructors on logistic matters
    • arrange printing of training materials
  • Virtual session production, including:
    • set-up virtual training room
    • monitor and report on absentees
    • provide support to instructors on logistic matters
  • Post course administration, including:
    • compiling and analyzing evaluation results
    • learning compliance check
    • arrange for make-up session
    • Conference / event support, including providing on-site support during external training events
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Background in Business or Human Resource.
