Learning & Development Intern (Jul 2025)

Internship opportunity at EY in Learning & Development, focusing on learner and vendor management, logistics, and event support.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Learner management: Assist in registration, scheduling, communication, and handling queries
• Vendor management: Sourcing and coordinating
• Learning logistics management: Set up training room or facilities, monitor and report on absentees, support instructors on logistic matters, arrange printing of training materials
• Virtual session production: Set up virtual training room, monitor and report on absentees, support instructors on logistic matters
• Post-course administration: Compile and analyze evaluation results, learning compliance check, arrange for a make-up session
• Conference or event support: provide on-site support during external training events
• Any other duties assigned

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in Business or Human Resource
