Ops and Rewards Summer Intern (Jun 2025)

Support Talent Ops and Total Rewards teams in HR initiatives and workplace culture enhancement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and ensure follow-through on wellbeing activities assigned
• Manage corporate discounts collaborations
• Migrate and update benefits details on internal platforms
• Assist in annual compensation review exercise operations
• Participate in the validation process of compensation statements
• Support the maintenance of employee personal records

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Students pursuing qualifications in Business Administration/Human Resources
• Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
• Good analytical skills, highly numerate and meticulous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of competence in Excel
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
