Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support clients in designing and implementing organizational change management programs.
- Assist in delivering human capital strategies and workforce optimization programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders on organization restructuring, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated leadership and client service skills.
