Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Be a key part of the corporate finance team covering South East Asia, working with regional and multinational clients.
- Assist senior executives in M&A deal generation, execution, and project management.
- Prepare financial models, analysis, proposals, marketing documents, teasers, and information memoranda for M&A and corporate finance transactions.
- Produce high-quality, relevant, and impactful professional documents while maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
