Your role

• TD advises corporate, private equity, and government clients on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
• Work closely with Strategy and Transaction (SaT) sub-service lines and competencies and other EY service lines to deliver seamless, integrated due diligence to clients.
• VME practices are how to continue to bring deep financial, economics, and analytics skills to bear to support clients with better decision-making involving transactions, funding capital expansion, and optimizing capital efficiencies such as capital allocation to help adjust risk, cash release opportunity, capital budgeting with skill sets on measuring and evaluating not just assets but also litigation or life.
• LA includes tactical and strategic advice for corporates, financial sponsors, and family offices, as well as negotiation assistance and other transaction-related topics.
• The Mergers & Acquisitions team provides sector-focused advice on the sale process from strategic positioning to close, and we help execute acquisitions, alliances, and mergers as well as advise C-suite executives and boards on evaluating strategic alternatives in the context of transactions.
• The infrastructure Advisory team has extensive experience working with private and public sector organizations on the business case and project development strategy, economic analysis, provision of commercial and procurement advice, and raising finance on complex infrastructure projects.

About you

• Pursuing a university degree in Accountancy with demonstrated interest.
• Demonstrated passion in related work with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions.
• This passion could be demonstrated via university projects, internships, conferences, and self-study.
