Strategy and Transactions, Transactional Diligence Summer Intern (Jun 2025)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Advise clients on strategic goals, asset acquisition, and divestment.
• Guide clients through due diligence, identifying key value drivers.
• Collaborate with EY service teams for integrated client service.
• Engage in cross-border assignments with global EY offices.
• Analyze financial data to assess cash flow and deal valuation.
• Conduct industry and company research using online tools.
• Research technical accounting issues for transaction evaluation.
• Prepare reports and schedules for clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with client personnel.
