Your role

The Financial Services Tax Group focuses on corporate tax consulting and compliance services for clients in the financial services industry, which encompasses banking and capital markets, insurance, and asset management. Providing a full range of services to clients including strategy and planning solutions and ideas and compliance services.

Your key responsibilities as an intern may include:

  • Perform corporate tax compliance services for clients in the financial services industry, which covers banking and capital markets, insurance, and asset management.
  • Understand and keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and how they impact clients in real-world transactions, scenarios, and various fact patterns.
  • Work collaboratively in teams to provide holistic tax advice to clients based on the tax regulations requirement and/or business requirements of the client.
  • Be involved in key projects in data management, implementation of tax software systems, and building tax requirements for various systems to help our clients improve their performance of tax functions.

About you

  • Pursuing a university degree related to Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
    Experience and/or demonstrated ability in time management and adaptability to change under pressure to build effective relationships at all levels.
