Fortescue is the technology, energy and metals group accelerating the commercial decarbonisation of industry, rapidly, profitably and globally. Driven by unique a values-led culture, Fortescue is showing the world that the future is Real Zero.
Established in 2003, Fortescue is a proud West Australian company. Now, as it expands globally, they're developing and acquiring the technologies the world needs to eliminate emissions.
For more than 20 years, Fortescue has tested limits and lived in the uncomfortable. They have accomplished what many judged as impossible: building a company from scratch to become a global leader in the mining industry. They are recognised for their commitment to creating and using cutting edge, innovative technologies that have placed them at the forefront of the industry.
Fortescue's two-year structured graduate program offers graduates the opportunity to make a real difference in the world by doing real work, focusing on developing, engaging, managing change and achieving results.
Graduates undertake four, six-month rotations giving them exposure to a range of working environments. It is a balanced approach to technical and professional development, encouraging ‘whole of business’ thinking and ensuring well-rounded capabilities are built.
The program offers a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to enhance your skills, gain valuable industry experience and access ongoing training and development, including mentoring from senior leaders.
During the program, graduates develop strong networks enabling them to share experiences, learn from each other and develop contacts that will last their whole career.
