Gender Equality at Inland Revenue

Inland Revenue plays a critical role in improving the economic and social well-being of New Zealanders.

IR has a Women's Network - Tūhono Wāhine. It's a place for everyone to champion, encourage and support the women of IR.

IR is committed to eliminating the gender pay gap. The IR action plan describes what drives the gender pay gap and the practical steps to close it.
