With only 28% female participation in the Aussie tech workforce and 16% in STEM courses, it’s clear that gender equality has a way to go. FDM has always been dedicated to closing that gap.

FDM’s moves toward gender equality include:
- 51% of the senior management and their direct reports at FDM identify as female
- 33% of our global and 36% of our APAC workforce identify as female
- FDM has signed the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (UNWEP)
