Disability Support at PwC NZ

We are an equal opportunity employer and are currently writing our Disability Strategy - including both accessibility for both visible and non-visible disabilities. We already have two People Networks who are aligned with our Disability Strategy: Endo and Friends - empowering people living with endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and adenomyosis at PwC to thrive through a supportive community, resources and education, and our Neurodiversity Network Aotearoa - who aim to create a supportive ecosystem that empowers neurodivergent people to excel at PwC.

Neurodiversity Network

Our ambition is to create a supportive ecosystem that empowers neurodivergent people to excel as professionals at PwC. We are not all the same. How neurodivergence shows up for individuals varies vastly and impacts in different ways. The Neurodiversity network prides itself in being multi-modal and responsive in the content, type and format of its activities. The networks aims to support neurodivergent employees with tips and strategies to navigate the PwC environment as well as educating co workers and managers to understand neurodiversity.

Endo & Friends

We empower people living with endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and adenomyosis at PwC to thrive through a supportive community, resources and education. We aim to provide support to those living with a suspected or medical diagnosis of endometriosis, PCOS and adenomyosis. Given the personal nature of these conditions, everyone’s privacy is
respected. All members’ names and any discussions are kept private (unless you want it to be shared). Support opportunities include a virtual monthly support group meetings, chat groups and access to resources.
